These terms and conditions govern the use of the Jokersino platform, including the casino lobby, sportsbook and Crash game. By registering an account, a player confirms acceptance of the rules below in full. Where a discrepancy exists between this summary and the detailed legal agreement provided at registration, the detailed agreement takes precedence.

Eligibility

Players are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential; Jokersino is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a player sharing credentials or using an insecure device.

Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits are credited immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are reviewed for standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering checks before release; this review can extend processing time beyond the usual window in individual cases. Jokersino does not charge a withdrawal fee, though third-party payment providers may apply their own charges outside of the casino’s control.

Bonus terms

Jokersino investigates any reported irregularity in game outcomes and reserves the right to void a round or bet found to result from a demonstrated technical fault, though normal variance in outcomes, including long losing or winning streaks, does not constitute a fault.

Responsible gambling obligations

Changes to these terms

Governing law and disputes

Players with an unresolved complaint are encouraged to first contact customer support; if a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be referred to the independent dispute resolution service named in the licensing authority’s public register.

Sportsbook-specific rules

Sports bets are settled according to the official result recognised by the relevant sporting body at the final whistle, match point or equivalent conclusion. In the event a match is abandoned, postponed or decided by a technicality not covered by the published rules for that market, Jokersino reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the original stake. Odds are subject to change up until a bet is confirmed; a bet slip locks in the odds shown at the moment of confirmation, not the odds displayed before that point. Palpable errors, such as an odds price published significantly outside the market norm due to a technical fault, may be corrected or voided even after a bet has been placed, in line with standard sportsbook industry practice.

Crash and other instant games

Crash and similar instant-result games use the same certified random number generation and provably fair verification described under fair play above. Because rounds settle within seconds, requests to reverse a completed round due to a change of mind are not accepted; the cash-out decision, or the absence of one before a crash point is reached, is final once the round concludes. Auto cash-out and auto-bet settings are provided as a convenience tool and Jokersino is not liable for a missed cash-out caused by a player’s own configuration error.
